On September 22, 2026, the US Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security introduced an anti-stockpiling rule covering imports of polysilicon, ingots, wafers, cells, and modules ahead of new Minimum Import Price (MIP) requirements and 15% tariffs taking effect December 4.
